The Purpose of Unity

Unity, understood as it is presented in Scripture, isn’t something that just automatically happens when we begin following Christ – it only comes through the daily decision to put others ahead of ourselves. This unity may not come easy, but when we consider God’s purpose for it in the Body of Christ, we will see that it is well worth striving for.
